Blockchain Premium Membership
Brand · Membership Platform · Content Strategy
A premium cryptocurrency research practice built around a private membership. We shaped the brand, the editorial voice, and the funnel that turns public analysis into a paid community of considered investors.
— ChallengeConvert a sizeable public crypto-research audience into a recurring paid community without diluting the editorial standard that earned the audience in the first place.
— ApproachWe treated the membership itself as the product. The funnel — public videos to private Telegram, free education to paid signals — was designed end-to-end alongside a tone of voice that reads more like a research note than a marketing email.
— Highlights- Established a distinct editorial voice across long-form content and short-form alerts
- Designed the conversion funnel from public YouTube to private Telegram community
- Defined the membership tiers, pricing, and renewal cadence
- Ongoing operation since 2023 with members across multiple regions

Crypto Daily Research
Data Engineering · AI · Market Intelligence
An automated research platform that aggregates and ranks trending cryptocurrencies by combining social signals, search momentum, and on-chain metrics. We built the data pipeline, the weighted scoring engine, and a transparent interface that shows analysts exactly why an asset is moving.
— ChallengeIdentify trending cryptocurrencies before they reach mainstream attention, in a way that is auditable rather than mysterious — analysts should be able to see exactly why an asset surfaced.
— ApproachA daily pipeline pulls signals from LunarCrush (social), CoinGecko (search and price momentum), and Glassnode (on-chain) into a weighted composite score. The interface exposes the inputs and the maths; nothing is hidden behind a black box.
— Highlights- Multi-source ingestion: LunarCrush, CoinGecko, Glassnode
- Transparent weighted scoring with per-asset breakdowns
- Daily refresh with news-context attached to each ranking
- Generates a published 'video hook' per top-ranked asset

Analytics Backtesting
Engineering · Data Visualisation · Backtesting
A member-only dashboard for designing, backtesting, and executing trend-following strategies on Bitcoin. Built for traders who would rather see the equity curve than the marketing copy.
— ChallengeGive serious members the tools to evaluate trend-following strategies on their own terms — historical performance, drawdowns, comparison — without requiring them to write code or run a local environment.
— ApproachAn in-browser backtester for Bitcoin strategies, paired with a copy-trading layer for those who want to follow rather than build. Equity curves, side-by-side comparisons, and a community where members share what works.
— Highlights- In-browser strategy backtester for Bitcoin trend-following
- Side-by-side equity-curve comparison across strategies
- Optional copy-trading layer for live execution
- Member community tied directly into the analytics workflow

MindPilot
Product · Web Application · AI
A browser-based planner for thinking in maps rather than lists. We took a single founding insight — that ideas are easier to organise spatially than sequentially — and turned it into a deployable product.
— ChallengeList-based planners enforce a linear way of thinking that does not match how most people actually plan. The space for a tool that organises ideas spatially, with AI assistance, was wide open.
— ApproachA browser-native canvas with keyboard-first traversal, autosave, and an AI layer that helps branch, summarise, and re-organise. Shipped fast and deliberately small — the kind of tool you can pick up in two minutes and keep using for years.
— Highlights- Browser-native — no install required
- Spatial canvas with keyboard-first navigation
- AI assistance for branching, summarisation, and reorganisation
- Auto-save and shareable maps

Skyjo & Watersplash
Product · Web Game · Multiplayer Infrastructure
Two browser-based party games released under sibling brands — a digital take on the Skyjo card game and a real-time water-fight game built around shared rooms. One stack, two front-ends, both deployed and live.
— ChallengeBuild two distinct multiplayer browser games — one card-based, one real-time — without rebuilding the multiplayer plumbing twice. Mobile-first, no install, friction-free invites.
— ApproachA shared room infrastructure powers both: real-time state sync, room codes, reconnection. Two front-ends present completely different experiences on top of the same engine, deployed under sibling .tech domains.
— Highlights- Shared room and state-sync infrastructure across both games
- Real-time multiplayer with reconnection
- Mobile-first, no install, share-by-link rooms
- Branded as siblings under matched .tech TLDs

The most interesting work is rarely the most public. Much of what we build is operating quietly inside other companies, under their names. Where confidentiality permits, we are happy to discuss it directly.
